One of Chef Preston’s favorite culinary influences is Peruvian cuisine. The East-West juxtaposition allows for endless flavor combinations.
One of Matt’s favorite wine countries is Spain. The tug-of-war between tradition and experimentation results in some of the world’s most interesting wines.
Why we haven’t put these two together sooner is a mystery, but here we are: preparing an amazing dinner featuring some of Matt’s favorite Spanish wines and Preston’s creative takes on Peruvian dishes.
Dinner Starts at 7pm, but join us early at Old City Wine Bar where we'll flip the concept with Tapas and Pisco Sours from 6-7pm
